The Story of Luke

Sneaks into it , but genius once you get there...
I have not written a review before or even contemplated one. I wasn't going to write one about this either because what I have to say is only my opinion and I usually don't have a popular one. Then I saw the prompting words after I clicked the review button, "Share your opinion on this item". Well....

NR rating; I would first disclose that there is a little bad language and I would not allow the younger kids in my circle of influence to see it. Nothing is vulgar or presented in an extremely tasteless way and there is no nudity, I just think it's for older teens and up at best. I am very conservative about children when it comes to good or bad taste/manners and I would simply preview it before I put it on the big screen in the family room after dinner, just sayin'.

I viewed the movie as part of my membership in case that's important for people to know regarding a purchase.

This is a well presented, often touching and sometimes humorous film about an...

Awesome movie
As a mothetr of a person on the spectrum it gave great insight but I also think if someone was curious about people on the spectrum this is the movie to watch.

You had better get your s*** together boy!
A touching story about a young autistic man trying to find a job so that he can get a girl friend and his own place. Our principle character experiences the loss of a loved one... which proves to be difficult for him but then becomes even more difficult after he is then forced to live with his overly protective and ignorant relatives who think that he is completely inept and retarded... which deeply offends him. After some humorous situations with the grandpa who is now a widower and is also being forced into an old folk's rest home, Luke realizes that he is on his own and the life he once knew is over and he must change and grow! Great cast and very well acted with some most excellent performances by Lou Taylor Pucci and Seth Green as Luke's overbearing boss!
